Don't move here if you don't want to live in the center of a state with climates from high altitudes and snow to the Sonoran Desert. Don't move here if you don't like taking trips to beautiful destinations such as Monument Valley, the Grand Canyon or historical sites like Tombstone and Ghost towns!
In the current real estate game here in the Valley of the Sun, with the foreclosures and short sales in this area, Buyers are the current winners.
